We offer on-site training and education in the general use of your PC, and application-specific training. One-on-one sessions are available, as well as sessions for small groups at a group rate per participant. Hardware and software repair or installation
Troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair of your hardware, software and upgrades to both are available. Virus detection and removal, as well as removal of spyware is also offered. Need access to the 'net on more than one PC? We can set up a home network for you. Is your PC sluggish, or does your PC crash or freeze when multi-tasking? Let us upgrade your memory and clean up unnecessary programs on your system. Worried about data integrity and security? Mobile PC Solutions can install an external hard drive and backup software to preserve your data. Has your system already died? We can determine the problem and return your pc to normal operation, in most cases, without losing important data. Usually, problems can be solved at your home or small business. When the patient needs to be brought into the shop for more extensive repair, loaner equipment is available.
If you need help setting up your new system, transferring data from your old system to your new, we can help. We can copy your e-mail address book, documents and other data, and even your browser bookmarks and favorites. We can load any programs you already own if the new system is compatible, and you have the program installation disks.
